`Review : ELF Liquid Eye Liner - Black Hi Ladies, Today i am gonna to post a review again :) in this post , i am gonna to review product name Liquid Eye Liner and it is from ELF Brand ( www.eyeslipsface.com ) . This eye liner i bought it when i prepared the prize for my Birthday Giveaway ^^/ . Okay okay ~~ lets us start shall we ?? and hope you enjoy my review ^^/

This product also comes out with 6 colors ( Brown , Black , Blue , Grey , Gold and Green ) . This time i bought a black color
 
♥ Packaging :
The packaging is very simple and it is really secure and sturdy . The color of the post is same color with the eye liner and the handle of the applicator is in black and quite long too . So it really easier for us to use the liner in any angle ♥ The brush : The brush is fine and made from synthetic hair . The hair is not to stiff or weak and its thin enough to get precise line from the tip when pressed down .
♥ Directions :
Begin at the inner corner of the eye along the lash line and work outwards . Position applicator tip close to the last roots and in gentle fluid movement brush color along the natural curve of your lash line

I bought this eye liner in a online shop at Facebook and the price is Rp.35.000,- or around USD 3.5

May Contain : Iron Oxides ( CI 77491 , CI 77492 , CI 77499 ) , Titanium Dioxide ( CI 77891 ) , Manganese Violet ( CI 77492 ) , Ultramarines ( CI 77007 ) , Chromium Hydroxide Green ( CI 77289 ) , Yellow no.5 Lake ( CI 19140 ) , Ferric Ferrocyanide ( CI 77510 ) , Blue no.1 Lake ( CI 42090 ) , Copper Powder , Aluminium Powder .
Smudgeproof Test :
The picture above is when i rubbed the eye liner . I rubbed it around 4 or 5 times and you can see too , my hand is a little red . So , it passes the smudge proof test . I have used this eye liner for 2 weeks and it really stay all day and not smudge at all .
Waterproof Test :
The picture above when i sprinkled water and i did not rub it . When i rubbed it the the color is easily is fade away. So means that , the eye liner is not waterproof at all

Last Word :
If you are looking a smudge proof eye linear but without spend a lot of money , i would recommend this eye liner for you . Aside that , the color is very pigmented and shows up quite pretty with 1 swipe .
Overall , i am quite happy with this eye liner . I still can get a smudge proof eye liner with affordable price though its not waterproof at all .
Repurchase : Yes ( Maybe Blue or Brown )
