`Review : ELF Brightening Eye Color - Punk Funk Hi Ladies, This is my second post in this lazy Monday after my monthly hauls . Today i am gonna to review a new buy eye shadow from ELF Brand ( www.eyeslipsface.com ) and the name is ELF Brightening Eye Color. I bought this eye shadow when i prepare the prize for my Birthday Giveaway . This is the first time i tried eye shadow from this brand . Beside that , i also curious about this eyes shadow , because it claimed that can make our eyes instantly bright and defines . This eye shadows also comes out with many colors .    ♥ Packaging : As you can see the the picture above , the packaging is made of Plastic and it looks fragile and not sturdy at all . The eye shadow in triangle shape and its also included a double head shadow applicator with a small mirror at under the applicator . Overall the packaging is look cheap ♥ Directions : Apply eye shadow with applicator or brush to upper eyelid , blending in to achieve desired effect ♥ Where to buy and price : I bought this eye shadow from a online shop at Facebook and with price is Rp.35.000 / pcs or around USD 3.5 . ♥ Quantity : 0.09 oz / 2.5 g ♥ Ingredients : Talc , Mica , Zinc Stearate , Kaolin , Paraffinum Liquidum ( Mineral Oil ) , Petrolatum , Bis - Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate -2 , Methylparaben , Propylparaben . Swatch ~
 The colors : - White : Shimmering white color and has a subtle pink duo tone . - Blue : Shimmering Dark Blue color - Purple : A dark purple color in a little bit shimmering - Pink : A shimmery bright pink
As you can see the swatches above all of the colors are include shimmery . Especially the white color , which also has pink duo tone which perfect when applied on inner or corner eyes . Beside that , the white color also very great when applied under your eyelid , it can give our eyes very fresh , wide awake and really bright .
The texture :
The texture is quite soft and also powdery . So , it will fall out when applied to our eyelid and the color will become fading when blending >.<"
Last Word :
Even the texture very powdery and fading when blending , i am still would recommend this eye shadow to all of you for a beginner or for somebody who want to use eye shadow for the first time due the price is quite cheap and lots of color choices
